Who is it for?

If you answer your own customers and want your website to handle the repeat questions instantly, without hiring staff or writing code, Staffed is for you. If you have documents that explain your business, you can have a chatbot.
What does the chatbot look like?
Like your business, not ours. The chat window shows the name, colors, welcome message, and details you set in your dashboard, and everything it says comes from the documents you upload. The one place our name appears is the optional share link, whose web address reads staffed.theaihandyman.ai, the same way a booking link might read calendly.com. Want a feel for it? The chat bubble in the corner of this page is the exact widget your visitors would get, just in your colors and business name instead of ours.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You upload documents and customize the bot from a simple dashboard, then paste one line of code yourself, forward it to whoever manages your website, or let us help you install it. Updating your documents updates the chatbot instantly, with no developer or IT ticket.
Do I need a website to use Staffed?
No. Pro and Pro+ plans include a shareable chat link: a simple URL for your chatbot, with a QR code generated for you automatically. Text it to customers, put it in your email signature or on an invoice, print the QR code on a flyer or a counter sign, or link it from your social profiles. If you do have a website, the one-line widget is included on every paid plan, and plenty of businesses use both.
Do I ever have to talk to a person?

How does it answer questions accurately?
Staffed answers from the documents you upload, not the open internet (a technique called retrieval-augmented generation, or RAG), so it sticks to your actual prices, hours, and policies. If the answer isn't in your documents, it says so and points the visitor to you.
